A fun Nowruz gathering of wine, poetry and Persian mysticism (شعر و شراب). This workshop will feature selections from Rumi and Ferdowsi interpreted in English by author and YOUniversal Center founder Omid Arabian, as well as a surprising presentation on the mystic symbolism of the traditional Haft-sin spread by Farhang Foundation co-founder Farhad Mohit, that finally explains the meaning behind all those items on the Haft-sin that don't start with a "sin".
